Products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Order process

By completing checkout and ticking the consent checkboxes, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment Stripe confirms payment.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Euro (EUR), all taxes included. Payment is processed exclusively through Stripe, a secure payment platform. We do not store card data on our servers.

5. Delivery

The digital product is delivered immediately after payment confirmation, via:

a direct download link on the confirmation page
an email sent to the address provided at checkout

6. Right of withdrawal — digital goods

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal. By ticking the corresponding box at checkout, you consent to immediate delivery and expressly waive the right of withdrawal.

If the product was not downloaded or was not delivered due to a technical fault on our side, contact us for a full resolution, including refund.

7. Intellectual property

All copyright and related rights in the products belong to Maximus Rothron. By purchasing the product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it.

You may not distribute, reproduce, sell, or transfer the product.
You may not use the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

Our products provide information and perspectives for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable European Union legislation. Disputes shall be resolved amicably or, if necessary, through the competent courts of Romania.

10. Affiliate links

Our digital products may contain affiliate links to third-party products or services. If you make a purchase through these links, we may receive a commission from the seller at no additional cost to you. The price you pay remains the same regardless of whether you use the affiliate link or not.
