Refund Policy

1. General rule
We do not offer refunds for downloaded digital products.
By completing your order, you explicitly confirmed that you waive the right of withdrawal.
2. Legal basis
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the 14-day right of withdrawal
does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where:
(a) performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, and
(b) the consumer has acknowledged they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
Both conditions are satisfied by ticking the consent checkbox at checkout.
3. Exceptions — when we do refund
We will issue a full refund in the following situations:
- Product was not delivered (unavailable link, email not received) due to a technical fault on our side
- A duplicate payment was processed due to a technical error
- The purchased product materially differs from its description

within 7 days of the purchase date, including your order reference.
4. Buyers outside the EU
Our no-refund policy applies globally for downloaded digital products.
This is standard practice in the digital products industry and consistent with international
commercial standards.
